What it does

  • Collect quote requests. A publishable web page, linked to your price book, that handles incoming requests from clients.
  • Quote fast. Add line items for your services, respond to unique requests, and send a link. Whoever quotes first usually wins the job.
  • Take a deposit. Your customer accepts in a browser (no app, no account) and pays a deposit that confirms the job.
  • Schedule the job. Sync your availability to online scheduling, which is embedded in the quote process. Fall back to manual scheduling when it needs a back-and-forth.
  • Run the day. Automatic lists of today's stops, a timer that logs hours worked, and spot for before and after photos.
  • Get paid. Finishing a job automatically generates the invoice, minus the deposit already paid. Send a payment link and watch it clear.
  • Chase for you. Quote follow-ups, booking confirmations, day-before reminders, invoice chases, and rebook nudges go out on their own.

Money goes straight to you

Card payments run through Stripe, into your own Stripe account. Bookrun never holds your money, never takes a cut of what you charge, and never sees a card number. You're the merchant of record for your own work (because you are).

We charge a flat subscription. That's the whole business model, on purpose: a percentage of your takings would mean we make more when you charge more, which isn't a relationship worth having.

Pricing

New subscribers get 7 days free. Card payment processing is billed separately by Stripe at their rates. Bookrun adds nothing on top.

Who it's for

Anyone who drives to the work and runs the business themselves, like mobile dog groomers, detailers, house cleaners, landscapers, handymen, electricians. You probably have no staff, no office, no admin day. It's just you: doing the job and quoting the next one between stops.
